The Client Transition Service (CTS) department is designed to provide customized assistance for customers implementing the award-winning MANAGEMENT Plus™ property management solution. Bridging the gap between customer sales and support, the CTS department was formed.

Based in the ACS corporate office, the CTS team provides in-person training for customers in need of MANAGEMENT Plus software training and implementation. Illustrating the ongoing ACS commitment to assist customers as effectively and cost-efficiently as possible, the CTS team tailors its services to each individual customer, providing unparalleled training not available through competitive property management solutions.
The entire CTS team has undergone extensive tax credit industry training, and can each boast ACS Compliance Professional or ACS Compliance Expert as an integral part of their extensive portfolios. Each CTS trainer has years of experience in customer support behind them rendering them highly experienced to ease you through either implementation or more advanced processes.
Housing Credit CollegeOur Mission: The Housing Credit College was created by Elizabeth Moreland Consulting, Inc. to organize and promote training opportunities for all professionals involved in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. We strive to provide the most current and practical training to each level of the Housing Credit Profession.
About the College: The Housing Credit College currently offers public, private and online workshops plus two nationally recognized industry certification exams and designations. The courses taught through the College target the various levels of property management within the industry, from on-site leasing agents, compliance professionals, property managers, and on to asset managers, investors and developers. Elizabeth Moreland, the lead instructor, has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry and over 10 years of experience as an affordable housing trainer and consultant. She is actively involved with National Association of Home Builders and their Housing Credit Group, the National Council of State Housing Agencies, the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association, and the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association.
