HUD made a recent change in the TRACS system with regards to security deposit logic. The change was implemented
due to a 4350.3 handbook mandate. Security deposit logic is now defined by program type. One rule no longer pertains to all of the subsidy types.

HUD may decide to reverse/ amend any of the information at any time. Amendments may include changes to dates and/ or deadlines.
