Challenge
McDougal Properties had been using an outdated DOS system for many years. When the DOS program made an upgrade, the results cost McDougal Properties nearly a year to fix. Though every effort was made to resolve the situation, McDougal realized that new software would be better for them in the long run. Hand accounting was both impossible and impractical for a company that manages over 4,000 units, so a solution had to be found quickly.

Solution
