Solution
Not sure where to start, Breckenridge Village enlisted the aid of a software consultant to help them find a better program that fit their needs. The consultant, familiar with American Computer Software, suggested Management PLUS. Breckenridge Village evaluated the software through a free demonstration CD and received helpful answers to their questions about the software from their salesperson.
