Custom built account number formats provide flexibility in reporting and displaying budget information in a layout that best suits your needs. BUDGET Plus features the flexibility to export posted vouchers to a generic file format (comma delimited or csv file formats), as well as integration with Great Plains and QuickBooks accounting software. Now each building can have a separate budget with separate monthly and annual reports for budgets and actual expenses.

All customers currently on an ACS support plan will be able to update to v5 at no cost. In addition, all v5 customers will be offered an automated migration to v7, the upcoming browser based release.

While competing solutions already offer browser-based technology, ACS strategically planned to build V7, a faster, more stable, browser-based solution built on the latest .NET technology. By combining the unmatched features of V5 with the upcoming .NET technology inside V7, ACS offers property managers a time-tested product with added flexibility. The .NET technology used inside V7 maximizes performance, far exceeding the competition that originally rushed to bring to market a browser-based solution lacking speed and needed features. ACS will announce general availability dates and information in 2005.
